Freddy Guys Hazelnuts

Located in the mid Willamette Valley, we are a family-run hazelnut orchard and direct-to-consumer farm that specializes in fresh hazelnuts. Owned and operated by Barb and Fritz Foulke, we are assisted by our children, and the grandparents through out the year and especially at harvest.

We are Food Alliance Certified, and farm co-operative members. We follow the earth friendly growing guidelines published annually by Oregon State University for hazelnut production. We are able to provide to our customers the freshest hazelnuts in both raw and roasted form because we handle every aspect of growing and processing. We are truly farm direct.

We actively sell our products through the farmer's markets here in Oregon, rain or shine. We have found that the hazelnuts sell themselves because they are a natural fit for people who want good nutrition for themselves and their families. Hazelnuts are rich in monounsaturated fats, fiber, folic acid and antioxidants, which is why they have been given the approval of the FDA for a claim as "heart healthy". They are a versatile ingredient for your culinary interests.
